When you download and install the App, make sure you have set your device to allow notification from DinersMenu Manager App. If you haven’t done so, please checkout your device’s “Settings” -> “Notification” -> select “DinersMenu Manager App” -> turn on “Allow Notification”.
By default, “play sound” and “show alert” are enabled in your App to make sure you will receive a notification for any new order. You may want to check that out if they are accidentally turned off under the “Settings” in the App. You could even turn on “Repeat sound until acknowledged” or “Flash screen until acknowledged” to make sure you don’t miss a notification!
Last but not least, you may want to make sure your device is not in silence mode. :)
