There are a few ways you could turn off your online ordering.

1. You could disable online ordering from the DinersMenu Manager App yourself. However, you would need to repeat this action everyday if your restaurant is closed for more than 1 day.

2. Should you know exactly the date(s) when your restaurant would be closed, you could contact our Support Team to set your restaurant's business hours as closed on a specific date or during a specific date range.

3. If you are not sure about when to come back online, you could contact our Support Team to disable online ordering indefinitely for your restaurant.
